5. The African Ocean is the Identity of the African Continent and the African People in the Maritime Domain.
6. Western Indian Ocean is a distinct entity which shares the longest coastline with the African continent, so it must be renamed as “AFRICAN OCEAN”.
7. For all the legal, scientific, historic reasons it’s the AFRICAN OCEAN.
8. It’s the right time to give this Ocean its true representative name which is African Ocean.
